• Delivery and Returns

  • Shipping cost will vary according to final destination and the product purchased on YOD&CO. The final cost will be calculated at checkout before final payment once all the details have been filled in.

  • Standard Delivery - £4.95

    Medium Delivery - £5.95

    Large Delivery - £7.50 +

    We use 48hr Royal Mail Tracked Delivery as standard. Please allow 3-5 working days for UK delivery.

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If you place your order after 1pm on a weekday or over the weekend, it will be processed the next available weekday.


  • EU Delivery - Standard delivery starting at £18 +

    International Delivery - Standard delivery starting at £30 +

    We use tracked Royal Mail or DHL express as standard shipping method depending on the final purchase.

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working day. Please allow 2-11 working days for deliveries within the EU and 3-17 working days for all international deliveries.

    Notice for all EU and international orders

    You maybe charged VAT rate and possibly some custom and admin fees at your final destination. These charges are the customer's responsibility.


  • Please examine your order as soon as possible and if there is any fault or you are unhappy with the product, contact us within 7 days of product arrival and please provide images. Please contact us immediately if goods have arrived damaged, and keep all documents in relation to this delivery. Photograph will be required as proof.

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange them within 14 days from the day the goods arrive. The purchase must be unused and in its original condition and undamaged packaging. The customer will accept full responsibility of safe transit of goods and bare the shipping cost. We recommend using a traceable method and retain proof of postage. We cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do no receive your returns.


  • If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us immediately via E-mail at orders@yodandco.com. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. Please retain proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive.
